I rescued a little Toy Poodle about 3 weeks ago from an abusive situation. He is scared of people but hates to be away from me. He will barely take treats of any kind. He is not house trained so what would be the best way to house train him? and also how can I help him come out of his shell? He always walks around with his tail between his legs. Its so sad! He lived his life in a cage and has never known love. so even if I tell him he was a good boy he gets scared. How would I help him?
