I want it platinum hair 
I bleached it 3 times and got it to a yellow color, supposedly after its yellow you can tone to the color you want. So a lady from Sally Beauty recomended to mix a very light ultra cool blonde 9aa from Clairol and light neutral blonde 8nn also ClairolSoyplex with 20 developer. My hair ended a dark ash blonde. What can i do to take it to white since I already bleached it to yellow and for dark blonde to fade?
