How to tether Nokia n73 with new IPOD Touch 3rd gen via 3G or bluetooth?

I did google about this but unable to find exact applications or the correct way to pair n73 with IPOD Touch. I know my n73 is not wifi enabled but is 3g enabled and i know it can be done cause i seen people using it that way.

It will be greatly appereciated if some one can tell or give me information about this.
