I'm no techie so please go easy on me. I've been reading for the past 3 hours and it seems like this may actually be possible. Correct me if I'm wrong. I would like to be able to have wifi access on my ipod touch wherever I go, would tethering my cell model SGH-T469W do that for me? Would I indeed be able to get 3g on my ipod touch using my current data plan with T-mobile?

but what I want to understand, is that it will actually use my phone to connect, right? Phone will be used as a modem?
Will this work? I also have an old Motorola V88 I believe it is if that would work as well. Just want to try one of the two.
