How to test the amount of sugar in different foods?

Hi,

I am currently completing my A2 biology A level at college. I have to complete a biology experiment, and was hoping to test the amounts of either sugar/starch or fats present in a range of different foods.

However, I only know simple tests for this and I needed to gather 60 pieces of numerical data. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas, I would really appreciate the help
