My sister is 13 years old and I just found out from my brother that she has been "fingered"... She started "dating" this guy and 2 days later says she's single.. but apparently let this guy touch her VERY inappropriately.. My brother also says he went to my mom and told her and she did NOTHING which doesn't sound like how my mom USED to be but it does sound like how she is NOW.. So I just need help on approaching this subject with my sister because if my mom won't be the parent I'll just have to step in as ussual.. I don't want my sister getting pregnant or worse.. So I just need a few pointers.. Also I don't want to tell her that my brother told me so how do I get her to tell me? She lives in another state so all this will either be over the phone or on Skype.. I just HAVE to do this.. I can't let her ruin her life over a stupid boy and an even more stupid parent. PLEASE HELP!!!!
