When I bought a car, I didn't have any credit history yet. So I used my brother's name as co-payment when I brought car from one of the credit company. On the paperwork even on car registrationI, it said two name of the car owner which are my brother and me. I was the one that pay the bill since the beginning. Now I just paid off the payment of my car. I am going to re-title my the car, but I'm wondering about the name as registered owner. There are two name, my brother and me. My question is how to take it out my brother's name as co-payment? Is that when I do re-title my car, I can take it out his name as well? I just doesn't feel comfort with two name as registered owner of the car, it seems like the car belong to him or me, in fact I am the only one the payer of that car.
