How to sync with exchange server AND 2nd PC?

I have successfully synced my HTC Incredible with my work computer (Win XP, MS Outlook via exchange server) but i need to sync with my home laptop too.
What is the best way?
My preference would be to have my home laptop (Win XP/MCE) sync automatically if possible, or via USB cable if needed.
It seems that i cannot use HTC Sync via USB cable, I installed it, but it will not sync or can i edit the settings.
I installed and synced Google Calendar with my Outlook on my home laptop and those two sync great, but despite attaching Google with my cell phone, it is not syncing with the phone.
So... how can I get my pc to sync with my phone?

I made SOME progress today, I have my phone's calendar syncing with my exchange server (work) fine AND I have my home computer syncing with MS Outlook calandar and Google Calendar.
My phone syncs with both, BUT my phone is receiving both butnot passing the info through. IE: my exchange server is still separate from my home PC.
Help?
