I work in a supermarket and I got a fellow co-worker that is physical fit but slow (just putting on a show so that we got to do his share of work too, in my view)...I know, some people may suggest get use to it but it so unfair since people that are fast in movement may had to do more due to him...(this guy is suppose to lessen our workload due to the increase of our sale )

Our supervisor doesn't seem to be bother about the complains about this guy, so can someone give me some advices....

if your boss doesnt bother about him, just accept your co-worker as he/she is

as u will find in life, some are slower or quicker, smarter or less smart, than you. In work, some employees exceed, while some meet, and while some just fail, to meet the boss's job expectation.

those employees who exceed are candidates for next promotions while those failing will be targets for next firing if the sales or economy goes down.

the employee that you mentioned could have been with the company for long, has better experience, has faced some personal or physical problems lately...i.e., he has earned it to be slow now
