We live in Michigan and the neighbors put up Arborvites in a berm along the property line (so not to see our rainbow playset, which is a year old and not an eyesore) The metal edging and mulch are almost a foot onto our property. The township won't do any and said we have to sue them. What is the process and all I should do to sue them? Yes they are an older crotchy couple that doesn't like kids. AFTER we bought the house, found out that's why the last people left!
Can I just remove the metal edging and mulch thats on my property?
If they didn't constantly harrass a 5 and 6 yrd old I'd might leave the berm, but since they have to yell at my kids... get off my property!
