i have a witness who told me about abuse and negligence in care of my child while with the CP. I have an OSC trial, and need this witness who wrote me these e-mails. With her testimony to me I was able to prove her word by gathering school and medical records. To strengthen my case I want her there to testify. She will most likely NOT go willingly as she is a relative of the CP.
