This company (creditor) is midland funding llc took me to court and won because I was never aware of the date. But, that's beside the point. Now I am paying this attorney Messerli & Kramer a third party. Can someone please explain how I can stop this judgement? I don't know what steps to take. Who is getting the money that's being garnished. Is any of this garnishment going towards the original creditor? I am frustrated and confused and would like a good explanation. Please!!!
