I have a HP Photosmart C3100 series printer with Vista Home and Internet Explorer 8. I'm unsure how long this has been going on but when I print from any internet page only the html code comes out and when I look in the print preview, there is html code. Any other program like Microsoft Word or scanning from printer works great. I tried doing the run commands, disableing the add-ons and placing the header options under page setup to empty and the problem still isn't fix. I remember I had this problem once before and I forget how I corrected it because it has been awhile. Does anyone know what I can do?
