all those emotions that keep rotating from being really angry, to being devastated, to being lonely, to wanting to be friends, to thinking it would be best if i never talked again to my ex.
how do i stop myself from constantly changing moods and point of views?
or how do i either make a decision and stick with it(like saying okay i'll try and be friends now) or atleast accept that i can never really make a decision like that, but somehow stop myself from going through al these mood swings and inner debates over what to do now?
