how to stop itunes from erasing my iphone when i sync?

When you connect any Apple portable device to your laptop, Itunes will ask to overwrite your Iphone with your current Itunes library. There is no way to bypass, this is Apple's security system to prefent you from sharing music. If you don't want your Iphone to be erased, just click ignore, or no, or whatever it says.
 
Its been a while since ive synced my iphone and today it wants to delete the data on it and replace it with the stuff on my laptop ?
 
Dude its not like that you have two options one go ahead with deletion of data and another without erasing this data.So please don't panic and select the correct option.....
