I'm an incoming freshman, and my sports are Track and Basketball. I'm thinking of doing Cross Country, just to stay in shape but ehh..I'm still debating on that one. I was just wondering though, what can I do over summer to stay in shape? I wanna gain leg muscle, and have legit abs. Not like full on 6 pack, but maybe the indentation? And what can I eat also? I try to be healthy..but chocolate cake sure is yummy...
