how to start your own radio station in vancouver?

basically what are the steps to starting a radio stations, my friend who is good talking and has a funny personality will be the host. we have some really good ideas and have a name which we dont want to reveal yet and will play mainly punjabi and rap music(no justin bieber crap).also how much money could we possibly make if we got as popular as the beat 94.5
