Excluding the art and story writing, how to setup your life before becoming a proffesional artist, like getting an apartment/house/studio what type would be best and why? Will I need another job on the side? If so what type and why? Will I need a car? What will I have to worry about? What about food and hunger? How will paying bills work-out? Will I have enough time to work a 9-5 job and meet deadlines as an artist at the same time? Will it be stressful etc. What exactly is the life of a comic book artist? I just want to know what I'm getting myself into. Regardless of how hard it is I'm still gonna go for it.

Maybe you should set up a webcomic online at a good online comic hosting site- set yourself deadlines and see how well you can keep to them and all of that.
It's good practice before suddenly jumping into being a professional and you'll get a taste of what it feels like.
Also a great time to touch up on your art and writing skills to make sure you're where you want to be in that area.
