I know it is weird for me to be interested in making a garden since I am a 16 year old boy. Anyways. i was wondering if it would be easy er to dig a 1 foot hole out of the ground and put Fresh dirt there and Surround it with rocks and put mulch down? Also what should i do before or after this?
