How to solve problems with transferring text messages from a samsung phone

New member
to a apple mac? I am using bluephone elite to transfer the text messages from my samsung s7070 phone to my apple computer so i can archive them. unfortunately an error message keeps popping up as the program tries to sync with the phone

mobile network error: (302) operation not allowed
command: +CPMS

anyone an idea on how to solve this?
