You could use parts of the body ie:
I scratch my nose
I rub my ear
My eyes dart furtively around
My nose smells air that is clear
But not for long I'll be bound
etc etc

Hhahahah that is great. A poem which is like elegant and a fart thats like TOTAL OPPOSITE. ahhh I wish I had a good idea. You could write something like "hope for silent but deadly." haaha idk. good luck though
