how to skip it or fix it in Bully scholarship edition?

i am stuck on a mission called nutcrackin' the prob is not i cant pass it , the thing that i am suposed to do and the sound is kinda missing also in some of the levelsi cant hear the voice of ppl so i will never get past that mission only ifi could skip that mission or fix the problem of the audio and the missing thingy, so can you help???
