how to skip a mission in GTA vice city (PC version) ??

i am trying to complete the mission where i gotta place bombs in a demolition building by the helicopter .... am unable to do so after a lot of efforts.....
could someone tell me the cheat code to skip a mission....
also if someone knows the cheat code to gain extra money .....
