How to sketch a first derivative curve using a second derivative curve?

I know how to sketch a curve using the first derivative (x>0 = increasing, x<0 = decreasing) and the second derivative (x>0 = concave up, x<0 = concave down), but how can you graph a first derivative curve if the second derivative curve is given?

If that isn't possible, what information can you get about the first derivative curve if they show you the second derivative curve?
