How to setup a kick ass stereo and sub system for your computer?

okay so i want to basically hook up some subs to my computer to use with my current speakers. what would i need to do that? also would i need an amp? i would assume so... how would i hook it up to a wall outlet?

Im not completely sure. But im guessing you can buy a home stereo amplifier, and buy home stereo subwoofers. You will most likely need a processor that will give you subwoofer RCAs so you can plug into the subwoofer amp.

Some home subwoofers come with amplifiers installed to the box, so you might not need to buy a different amplifier.
