How to set Logitech S510 Media Player Button?

Hi, I've had a Logitech S510 wireless keyboard for a while..

And I quite like the media controls on the right hand side.

But I really don't know how to use the top one, the Media Player button.

It's supposed to open the desired Media Player when pressed.

How do I set it to another Media Player?
