How to send HTML emails?

Simply that I am trying both Yahoo mail and Squirrel mail ? Do you copy and paste HTML into the window, do you attach a file.html there seems to be very little info on this on the net, at ;east when I search Google etc.

Maybe a silly question but I simply don't know the answer.
