How to send email when mobile with out reconfiging outlook?

I have a wireless internet connection which I use some times and would like to run my own smtp server so I dont have to have 2 identitys thus 2 inboxes.
I have tried to use free smtp server but that seems to get blocked is there another program that I could use?
