how to send arabic sms from laptop to cellphone?

i want to send an arabic sms to my friend, and my phone wont allow me to write in arabic. Any suggestions on how to send an arabic sms from pc to phone.

i know this is in the wrong section, but i posted it in cellular and plans and no one answered it,
i have a samsung phone. thats all i know
 
You need to tell us what kind of phone you have. I know that you feel more comfortable asking this question in this section but its better to ask them in the section with the most expertise.
Well if you have bluetooth, you could use that.
