That is BBS format and not HTML. In any case you can't send your own HTML within Yahoo webmail. If you were using a separate email program and Yahoo Mail Plus then is might be possible. You can use RICH TEXT in Yahoo Mail and it generates the HTML but you have no direct access to it.
