How to save shsh of 3gs mc models ,help....

help plz,
i have 3gs mc131b,now i want to restore but cant , also i am unable to save its shsh blogs.

if u have fw 3.1.3 u cant save shsh as the fw 4.0 is out

if u have fw 4.0 use this The Firmware Umbrella

How to know if we have save shsh or not?
and with umbrella need to save on cydia or localhost.
and if we save on cydia how to know them ???
