I know that if you have your own server for your website and you wish to make your website dynamic, you must download PHP, MySql, etc, etc.... But my website is ran through iPage webhosting. I know that their servers support PHP and Sql. If I send a PHP file to my iPage server, will it process data and everything and retrieve and store data from the database on the server (MySql)?? Am I lost? Are there codes/scripts and such for how to have the PHP file automatically send and get data from the database and send it back to the client via HTTP?
