i have a 97 kia sephia that was in a wreck, the drivers side bumper needs to be replaced as well as the head lamp that covers the lights. there is nowhere for the head lamp to attach to on the bumper, so is there any way i can buy the head lamp and somehow attach it to the bumper? i have to get the car inspected soon and i cannot afford to get the bumper and head lamp fixed and the salvage yards want too much.
