Could please give me a simple but detailed guidance to make my web based form return (to the thank you page and in the body of a auto-responding e mail to the user) a unique id (from mysql auto-increment ID at server) when the user clicks the submit button after filling the form? Could you also advise how the user can be re-directed (from the thank you page on clicking another button) to the filled form (like before submission but plus the auto-incriment ID at some location & making the submit button invisible during printing) for his/her printing the filled form?
