How to restore Nokia E66 Default Programs?

Hii Friends

I have just forgot my Nokia E66 lock code.And I went to the shop and got it formatted.But the problem rises that all the Nokia Default Programs got deleted.(Quick Office,WLss Keyboard,Printer,Zip,Adobe PDF Etc).My phone is totally empty.Is there anyway to get it back..
