how to restore a 1970,honda,750 to running order?

The bike has been sitting almost 20yrs and would be a classic to restore.Clear title but hasn't been started since 1983.all there but in pieces.need paint and bodywork.Whats it worth as a parts bikeIf too far gone to restore?
