I've gotten into a horrifically bad sleep cycle of sleeping around 5 or 6am, and getting up early afternoon. I've tried, or have had to get up early on some occasions and losing sleep that day, but in the end I slept around 5 or 6am anyway despite going to bed early and feeling so tired. I don't want to do the "whole-nighter" thing and then go to bed earlier the next day, because I have exams next week and need to revise. Luckily they're all in the afternoon, but still I hate the lazy feeling that I get from getting up so late. And the work just seem so unproductive, because at night I'm desperately trying to fall asleep earlier so don't put much energy into studying. And it also sucks that whenever I get up late and hit the library I'll end up having to sit at another table from where most of my books are because other people have taken all the good seats. Is there any advice to help my current situation? I literally feel like I'm turning nocturnal. Last "night" before I feel asleep, the sky was obviously light again and there was a girl doing her morning jog outside my window. It's so frustrating! Thanks
