How to reset a Fujitsu Siemens laptop?

I've got this Fujitsu laptop running Windows XP, and I want to reset it all back to the factory default settings. But I don't have the recovery CD. Is there anyway of resetting it without downloading anything?
The Model number is rd02-d450
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
 
To reset the laptop back to factory default you first need to reboot the laptop while it is starting the BIOS will appear now hit F10 until you get a repair wizard now select the option that says restore or restore to factory default. what this does is take the separate partition that has your backed up original windows on it. This has everything the CD has except it's a separate area on the HDD reserved for this. (Not all machines have F10 try this first then try the other F** options until you get the restore wizard.)
