So i called tmobile and added this new phone line and i was supose to pay 40 a month because of internet and unlimited text messaging then a few weeks later i get a bill of $462.40 that i have to pay because there was never any unlimited text messages..........so i call them to find out wats goin on and wat i can do and this time they say that yes it was put on it but it was put on the wrong way -_-.......ummmmmmmmmm yeaa to me that seems like it was their problem now idk wat to do and i cant come up with this money.....so is there a way to report this and take them to court or something or try to do something about this because it doesnt seem fair to pay so much for their mistake
