How to replace headliner in a 1993 mercury grand marquis?

I have a 1993 mercury grand marquis> I want to replace the headliner pad. I have taken all the trim panels ,sun visor, dome light, everything off. But it seems to be glued on. How can I remove this or can i just replace the headliner from inside the car??
