alright i have a ford f-150 v8 4.6 L truck and i have to replace the upper and lower ball joints. the upper ball joint and arm came together and i know how to replace that. how do i replace the lower ball joints without any special tools. My dad works in a coal mines and we have the regular ratchets and such tools as a regular do it yourself person would
