How to replace a Heated Oxygen Sensor on a 2001 Toyota Camry?

I will try and give as much information as possible...

My check engine light came on and pulled the code from Advanced Auto Parts. The code is "P-1135 Manf. Control Fuel Air Metering." I looked into this code and it looks like it is the Air Fuel Sensor Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1, Sensor 1). From what I have seen, the Air Fuel Sensor Heater and Heated Oxygen Sensor terms have been used interchangeably.

My questions are:
1. What is the difference between the OEM part and one from somewhere like Advanced Auto Parts? What makes OEM different/better?

2. Is this a hard fix? Any tips? Tools needs? Instructions?

Any other tips/suggestions you can throw at me?

Thanks in advance!!
