How to replace A/C expansion valve on 2003 Chrysler Town & Country?

The A/C in our Chrysler Town & Country has suddenly stopped blowing cold. The compressor is working as the pressure looks good, but no cold air from the front or rear units. My guess is that the expansion valve has blocked and needs to be replaced along with the drier. Any directions on how to get to the expansion valve would be appreciated.
