How to replace a 2001 ford explorer door lock actuator?

How do you replace a door lock actuator on a 2001 Ford Explorer front driver side. My door will lock, but will not fully unlock when using the keyless entry. When I use my key, it pulls the bracket off of the turn key. It does unlock when I pull the interior handle, so I'm assuming it's the actuator.
