How to remove trojan virus found through Malwarebytes Scan?

Ran malwarebytes scan, trojan virus was found, I clicked remove selected... said it was removed successfully... for peace of mind, I ran the scan again... for some reason, the trojan virus is still there?

How do I permanently delete this virus?? Am I not removing it the right way?

Please help, thank you!
