how to remove this HTML/BUTTONS in BLOGSPOT? with PICS.?

i dont know how to remove this buttons..
they don't have link at all,
when i click them, nothing happen

i want to remove it,
i tried the HTML format
but it became more, confusing
and the whole page just ruined
