How to remove the center dash bezel on a 97 honda civic Dx.?

I have a 97 honda civic dx hatchback, parts of the center dash bezel. (where the radio and the the emergency light ect are located) are broken so i bought a new one to replace it. How do i go about removing the old one. and installing the new one.
