The water drips from under that little cap on top. I got a kit to fix it, but cannot figure out not find anywhere how to remove the gray cap at the top. This is a woodford model 17.
I do not want to force it, but it does not seem to be a screw on. It is pretty lose and turns, but will not come off.
I assume water has to be off before I do this?
