how to remove the blower motor resistor in a pontiac?

i have found it and bought a new one but i cant get the resistor to come off it looks like its held on by 2 screws but a screw driver will not fit the heads look more like rivets.
its an 05 grand prix the resistor is under the dash next to the blower.The screws may be torx ill try that thanks
 
There are 3 screws and they are torx. (I don't remember the size right off hand)
The 3rd screw is a b&$Ch and commonly isn't put back in just because of this!
