how to remove rear bench seat on 2010 toyota camry?

Some seats I looked up referred to just pull up on latch 10 inches from corners. ( Snap release) When I flipped 60 40 rear folding seats down I can see a nut that attaches bracket to seat. Does anybody know if these nuts must be deattached to pull rear seats out for a 2010 camry LE
